BEAUTILLION
The KOL Beautillion Program is a youth mentoring program designed to work with male and female high school Seniors to develop their academic & leadership potential. During the program, the young men ("Beaus") and women ("Belles") will be required to participate in community service projects. They will also participate in workshops on topics that enhance their leadership, educational/career development, and social awareness.
KOL Education Foundation sponsors the annual formal ball in March of each year. The Beautillion aims to recognize the achievements of male and female High School Seniors in the surrounding Solano County area. So far, our foundation has provided more than $265,000 in scholarships. Annually, we anticipate hundreds of guests for this formal and elegant evening in recognition & celebration of our talented males and future leaders of tomorrow.

WORKSHOPS
PROJECT ALPHA
A program that focus on teen pregnancy. It is designed to provide young men and woman with current and accurate information about teen pregnancy, dating and sexual prevention. This activity consists of a series of workshops and informational sessions. We share knowledge to combat ignorance and fear with factual information. The goal is to provide motivation toward positive changes in sexual behavior. |
DRESS FOR SUCCESS & ETIQUETTE TRAINING
Prepares young people to dress professionally and in business attire that will help in a business environment and on job interviews. In addition, the etiquette training teaches them manners and respect for our community. |
BROTHER'S KEEPERS
Students visit senior citizens, and widows and widowers, in the community, and perform small tasks like yard work or housework. This is a service program developed with the mission of advocating and improving the quality of life for our elders in the community that have disabilities and are ailing. It also give the students more respect for our seniors and a humbling experience. |
GO TO HIGH SCHOOL, GO TO COLLEGE
Concentrates on the importance of completing secondary and collegiate education as a road to advancement. Statistics prove the value of this extra impetus in making the difference in the success of young men and women, given that school completion is the single best predictor of future economic success. |
